Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
To request a return, email contactpepperstoreshop@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If possible, include photos of the problem. Please contact us before sending the product back so we can provide return instructions.
Pepper&Co pays the return shipping costs for returns covered by this policy.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the product return is complete. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
